Ranking Road Sections Based on MCDM Model: New Improved Fuzzy SWARA (IMF SWARA)

Traffic management is a significantly difficult and demanding task. It necessary to know the main parameters of road networks in order adequately meet traffic requirements. Through this paper, an integrated fuzzy model for ranking sections based on four inputs outputs was developed. The goal determine safety degree observed by methodology greatest contribution paper reflected development improved step-wise weight assessment ratio analysis (IMF SWARA) method integration with measurement alternatives according compromise solution (fuzzy MARCOS) method. First, data envelopment (DEA) applied, showing that three have high risk. After that, IMF SWARA applied values coefficients criteria, MARCOS used final sections. obtained results were verified through three-phase sensitivity emphasis forming 40 new scenarios which input simulated. stability proven all phases analysis.
